Cell phone line retrieval

I've been using the cell number: 076 233 5292 for over 5 years now and I also use it the number for my SMME. The line has been cut off and i cant access alot of things and i making me lose the business, as my customer cant get hold of me. I would appreciate if you can help me get my number back becacuse this has affected my business and during this economic demand life is a bit hard.
