Debited but still have no airtime

I have a contract with cellc and I haven't been a happy customer since I took out my contract with them..I'm supposed to get my airtym on the 15th every month but I haven't received the airtime yet they debited my money.when they called me yesterday to ask me about the other line I have with them their lines were fine, now that I want to call and ask what's goin on I can't get thru.its bad enough that their network at night and now this am soo fed up with cellc am never recommending nor ever taking a contract with them ever again!
