Still waiting for refund of inccorect debit

On obtaining a new data contract in April 2013 with the Samsung Tablet, the local branch in Port Elizabeth loaded and activated the incorrect tablet. they did reverse the deal and load the correct one, however at the end of the month there were two debit orders that went off my account, one correctly and the other incorrectly for the incorrect tablet/data contaract loaded. I have been in contact with the customer care department since picking up the error, roughly 3rd May 2013 and have to date not been refunded. each time i phone in which has been numerous times, last time 14 August 2013 I am informed that the query has been resolved but still no refund and they will escalate it and get back to me. What a load of bull, every time I have to repeat myself and explain the whole story again and am still awaiting my refund. when they deduct mony incorrectly one seems you cant get it back. if however you dont pay in time they cut you off promtly. I demand my refund along with the interest incurred.
No one seems to care or want to get back to you, what a load of bull and unkept promises.
