I`ve been a neotel customer for 4 years and finally was offered an upgrade from the call center. The new package was sent to me and the internet service did not work, after hours on the phone with technical, they asked me to try another package which also did not work, because of poor signal in my area. After not been able to use the service for 3 weeks i returned the 2 upgrades and ask to reconnect the old 4 year old phone. My normal billing was about R 260 before all this mess, it jumped to R 498, and after i asked them to PLEASE cancell my poor service, received a bill for R 4933.28 .They charged me to upgrade 2 times and cancell the 2 contracts. After many mails, management don`t even have the time to call me. How`s that for customer service?
