Waiting 2 months to be connected??

It is disgusting that my mother has been waiting since May for you to fix her telephone line. As an elderly lady she has had to visit your telkom shop more than once to find out where you are in the process. All the whilst she is paying for a service that she cannot use. Can someone please look into this matter and give her a call?
