Poor and infuriating service

My mother (NB she consented) took a 24 month contract (modem) for me in Dec 2012 @ R145 p/m for 2GB. For the first 4-5 months we were paying a minimum of R245 even though I never finished the data in most months which is a breach from their end and whenever we queried this they gave stories that don't make sense so we gave up because we didn't know what to do. So over the last 3 months we have been paying between R145-R170 which is the correct billing, so I called Cell C yesterday to query this (as my mother consented) since it was now clear that the fault was on their end and they told us to check every statement (which they have not sent as promised) ourselves and present discrepancies to them but I know what has been happening so I don't need statements confirming what I already know. It should be their responsibility to check if my query is valid or not. Even worse the guys I spoke to were rude and not helpful at all, one of them even gave me hassles before letting me exercise my right to speak to a manager. When I asked for their complaints procedure they told me to go to Hello Peter. I believe any company service providing company should have an internal complaints procedure
