BAD SERVICE AND NONE HELP ON ACCOUNT QUERIES!!!

Cell C keeps disconnecting my line because of non payment. BUT Proof of payments for ALL PAYMENTS have been emailed to Cell C on NUMEROUS occasions. I cant have every month a re connection and disconnection issue and continuous arguments and explanations. There is no service or any help from the call centre. They are rude and unhelpful and plain stupid!! Retraining should be provided because clearly they do not know how to solve issues with Clients!!! I have wasted numerous hours trying to solve this problem. I have gone through over 7 call centre agents in an hour and went to the branch. I Have ended up paying over double my contract amount because they did not allocate the payments accordingly. I am stuck at Cell C for the next couple of months because I cannot cancel the contract but be sure I will not recommend them to anyone or even attempt to get a upgrade as clearly they feel they are doing us a privilege by answering the phone at the call centre. This is ridiculous, time consuming and down right pathetic!!!
