Refund On Unlawful Debit Orde

I Mr. Carter once a client of Platinum & cancelled my subscription back in 2007, have recently discovered that this company unbeknownst to me has been deducting ridiculous amounts from my bank account dating back to July of 2012, cancelled this debit order in February 2013, but they kept on deducting till April an estimated amount of R12500, 00, had the bank reverse the debit order every time since... Called them several times asking them to refund my money needless to say, I've been sent from pillar to post with no luck, according to them they apologized for the inconvenience & blamed it on a computer error. They then told me that I would be refunded within seven working days to no avail. Since March 2013, I have been calling this company on 086 110050/90 and they give me the same story. I then sent email to them with the same complaint with Ref: 1148148 & got a response from Elma Malan, who was very apologetic and gave the assurance that the matter will be taken care of since.
Your help would be highly appreciated, if this matter can be put to rest and give a voice to defenseless people like myself.
