CONTRACT ENDED ACC PAID AND YET HANDED OVER TO DMC

About 2 months ago I wrote to Hello [URL Removed] to complain about this company where I had a cell phone account for my daugther which I ended at the proper time last year April. Received a final bill of R4.77 which I thought would be paid as it was on debit order on one of my credit cards. I received a bill of R282.59 which was NEVER mailed to me at all I discovered this when I was listed with Transunion, much to my surprise. II contacted them ander after a hefty fight paid the R282.59 on 17th July 2013, full and final. Yesterday to my dismay I had to find out they handed me over to DMC for this amount!!! How on earth does one get rid of this terrible company??? NO amount of money paid is good enough to get rid of them. Please people be very careful before you sign up a contract with them. I have joined Trans union in order for them to assist me with this matter, and according to them it is resolved, but NOT according to ALTECH AUTOPAGE!!! Am now going to the paper and radio stations as this cannot continue! One just cannot get rid of them - they charge you for accounts PAID!!!
