Faxmail not an alternative fax facility

MWeb invites all and sundry to join their purported advance services, especially the business services.

Unfortunately, MWeb has a very weird or crooked perception of what business service requirements ought to be. Take for instance their faxmail purported service. They are under the impression, and seemingly blissfully so, that if they manage to sent off one fax successfully, they have achieved the business model requirements.

Apparently, they are too jungle minded that, when a glitch prevent them from performing their claims of service, it would not be necessary to solve such problems. Because they have a call centre, which is an synonym for "frustrating the out of a person so that the problem would disappear".

To put it plainly, MWeb faxmail service is only capable of handling a fax transaction IF EVERYTHING IS A BLISS. On an engaged line, THEY ARE UNABLE TO DELIVER. No redialling for a number of attempts like a normal fax service, NO, just NOTHING.

The day they get their heads out of a dark place, they might realize that, not only for curtsey purposes, but a normal business requirement, LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW THE #$%* THING WAS UNSUCCESSFUL within reasonable time.
