Non existant reception & terrible service

In April 2014, I moved to Bromhof, Randburg. Sadly now I have to drive 4kms from my home to be able to have a conversation on my phone. Even then too, does the call cut a few times.
Despite the reception issue, I upgraded to the Samsung S4 in November, due to the good deals and promises of better reception. The problem has persisted and pretty much gotten worse. When I am at home, the error message says "No registered Network".

As a single mom to a 2 year old, it is imperative that I have a working phone from a safety aspect. As a sales rep on the road, this network is negatively impacting my livelihood.

I have completed the Network Problem Investigation forms and submitted them on the 09th January. No response whatsoever!!
I contacted the CEO department on the 14th January and spoke to Sipho. Didn't get a call back with the 24 hour turnaround time as promised.
