TWO SIMCARDS ON ONE CONTRACT AFTER 1 WAS CANCELLED

I Cancelled my MTN contract in 2005, took out 'n cheaper contract with vodacom. Now my simcard is actually lying in my drawer and i still get an account of almost R700 per month. After quering this I was told that its my responsibilty to pay my account and if I dont I will be listed. Why am I not allowed to query why this account is so high??? involved?? I refuse to pay this account until I get answers a DETAILED breakdown of what I paid where since 2005 and I want ALL the funds back that I paid on the cancelled contract! I will also open an case against Autopage If I dont get a response. I am no 1 a single mother, working my off to keep bread on the table and then you get people like this from you for 8 years!!! I want answers and I want them quick.
