FAULTY UPGRADE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I received an upgrade from MTN in about January/February this year. After only a month it started giving me problems. I called and kept being put through from one dept to the next. I sent emails and received no response. I eventualy contacted Get Closure and still no response from MTN. I CAN BARELY USE THIS FONE!!! its always saying that its out of memory and it keeps restarting and freezeing. Sometimes it can restart up to 7 or 8 times in an hour or less.

I would like if this fone could please be repaired, at no cost to me, as this is the state in which I received it in or if they could replace the handset.
