Horrible attitude towards custome

I get a phone call from MTN, offering me an extra contract on my current contract, as i kindly replied that I already have 2 contracts with MTN and i cannot afford a third one, the employee from MTN rudely changed his attitude and put the phone down in my ear. I still have a year left on my contracts with MTN, after that I will not use MTN again, I will rather change my network. I do not appreciate the way MTN treats their customers.
