I have upgraded my contract in April, I have told the upgrade agent Mebolekeng that I want to put a limit on my contract and asked her to put a R10 limit as she said its any amount I wish. All was done, 1st incident they failed to deliver the phone somanytimes, next incident they charged me twice for BIS I complained they didn't do anything and I ended up paying, now my bill is like 400 and call to find out and they say there's no limit on my contract. The supervisor brenda is allways in a meeting and never returns my calls, they must pull the initial call and hear what I asked for and make the adjustment before my cut off day. Their service is very poor. Why should we chase after Cell C when it isn't our faults, no feedback what so ever.
