UNABLE TO ASSIST WITH NAME CHANGE OF PARTNERSHIP

I have sent various e-mails but no one at Vodacom is able / willing to assist.

Our partnership changed its name via Resolution - No Certificate of Name Change was necessary as we are not a Close Corporation or Company, just a partnership.

We have now changed our bank account names and all our other accounts - Vodacom however REFUSES to change our name. How is this possible?

Resolution was provided - copies of ID's were provided - explanation after explanation was given...

Surely someone at Vodacom can escalate this matter and assist?
