Empty promises

I dont know why Altch Autopage is still operating as they don't know how to provide service. all they know is to apologies, promise to deliver and never even deliver on their promises - I was promise R700.00 credit back into my FNB account to make up for the "none delivery of service for my on-going complaint" but again I sit without the credit and the sim card that is not registering- I cant use the sim card that Ashley was to activate it last Thursday which didn't happen- I called on Friday to advice that the sim card was still not working and the "credit that has not reflected on my account" her promised me that the sim card will be working later that Friday -24.05.13- which till date is not working and the credit has still not reflected on my account even after he said he will follow up with the finance department... I will continue with the case I logged with ICASA even if it means we have to go to court - after all I'm a Kunene - it is time I use my uncles "the Kunene Bros" Autopage cannot keep on messing me up over and over- we will meet in court or you will have to cancel this contract once and for all- I'm done being Patient for nonsense
