Just want to mention the hardwork this lady puts in on ensuring customer satisfaction, I appreciate how she handled my new contract with MTN. I had some difficulties with a number I have with Vodacom in which I requested a port from, and if Jaycee was anyone else I've worked with before, they would have lost interest in the way things were handled. She went above her work responsibilities to ensure my contract was up and running in no time, she is a woman of her words in that she keeps contact with her clients by letting them know of the status as soon as it changes. It's people like this who makes this country a joyful place to be in, her service to customers is just outstanding. I would like her to keep doing that and more, she is truly amazing.
