Worst company i have ever seen

So where should i start... i have been with MTN since i got my first phone... the problems started when i got my first contract phone, i got a Blackberry torch it had so manny problems its was not even funny the sent it in five time and each time it came back even worse i have two 3G, s with MTN the one is for my ipad the client sales rep said that it is 2g uncapped and that i will pay a fixed fee with no extra charges i just foun out the want to charge mee R2000 this month as i owe them! how can that be everything is on a debit order and i was told by MTN there is no hidden costs! and i asked to speak to a Manager he didnt want to talk to me as he said he was scared? so i do know that supplying a customer is against the CPA and this is just the first step! i know someone in the media that would love to write an article and unlucky for MTN my one friend is an ombutsman so im not leaving it here i have seen a lot of bad companys but MTN is the worst! i will make sure my company never use them and that everyone i know will know how bad it is!!!
