BAD Service FNB

Yo... so i don't really know where i should post this, but i think this should be seen as the service delivery at the FNB branch in Canal walk was revolting yesterday.. First of all id like to begin by saying that i knew that FNB wouldn't phone me back right after they said they will, so the fact of FNB being so predictable that i know they wont call is already the first step into the Wrong direction... So i took it on myself to go to the branch, walked in and was told to stand in the teller Que where there was about 10 people lined up, and 2 tellers... talk about job creation hey? anyways.. during this time i literally saw people walk in and walk out because of the service, it was like that part in that movie 300 where all those soldiers got pushed of the cliff... well, THATS how FNB was loosing clients yesterday... so i asked the lady behind the counter to give help me with some Canadian Dollars that i needed to buy, she walked away for about 2 mins, came back and said that her Forex consultant told her that FNB only has UK pounds and American dollars... i asked her if that was it?? she simply said.. yes... She didn't offer to order notes for me, or to help me in any other way...
