Sick of MTN

I have updated my account after fighting with MTN for 8months regarding this account. After finally paying the total owed and making sure the account is up to date I am still in arrears because MTN tells me" It is my responsibility to tell them to continue debiting the account"!!! What was the point of updating, fighting been threatened by attorneys the list goes on!!! I hate you MTN please understand that I physically hate you. You have no regard for people!!! My name has been ruined at my bank because Mtn have waited for me to kiss their!!!
