Unauthorized Debit orde

Im really getting sick and tired of this bank. Not even once have i decided not to pay them but they just keep debiting my account on days that suit them and i end up having to pay my bank huge amounts of arrears because of there bad service. I once changed my banking details and spoke to one of the consults regarding that but no these kept on debiting my old account of which i than rectified by them debiting my account twice. im and im not paying another cent to them until the arrears amounts are cleared. shoot me for paying my debts on time but african bank knows how to spoil ones name.
