Insurance Claim

This marks the 7th day since I made a claim for my phone, after completing a form and providing them with all the documents needed I was told that they will get back to me with in 24-48 hours. But it has been a week, mind you this phone was on the 2nd of Aug 2013. I'm really running out of patience here I mean if it takes me this long to get a phone or at least a call from the insurance then whats the point of having insurance if you cant get me a phone and simcard with in at least two or three days? No this is ridiculous!
