I HAVE A CONTRACT PHONE FROM AG RECEIVED LAST YEAR AROUND JULY PAYING R230 PER MONTH. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A DETAILED ACCOUNT BALANCES SINCE THEN. I WANT TO KNOW THE POSITION OF THIS ACCOUNT FOR FINANCIAL PLANNING PURPOSES.

I ALSO WISH TO LODGE A COMPLAINT: THIS PHONE IS SWITCHING OFF BY ITSELF I DONT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON. WHEN I PRESS BUTTONS IT SWITCHES OF, WHEN IT IS IN MY POCKET, LATER WHEN I TAKE A LOOK..IT IS OFF... FOR HOW LONG... I CANT TELL. BUT IT IS NOW STARTING TO GIVE ME PROBLEMS.
