Vodacom
My money!!!

Vodacom handed me over to VVM for an account I did not even know was still open. Fair enough, was paying them monthly and then decided to just settle the account. Checked the statement in a hurry and paid an amount over. Later realized that i over paid by about R750 and tried to get it back from this VVM company but to no avail. They advised me that my file was closed and that it was sent back to Vodacom, the money was in a trust and that they don't think I will ever get it back??? It is MY money!!! If you don't give me back the amount that was overpaid, it is exactly the same as!!! But i guess Vodacom is pro's at if you look at the rates they charge...
