I upgraded in Sept and got a BB 9900. I should have known Id have trouble when they gave me a spare battery, but decided to trust that if I did I could come back as there was a warrenty on the phone. What they dont tell you is that the warrenty expires if the screen is damaged. They refused to fix my phone point blank. I have callled Black berry directly, tehy told me that they should still fix the battery problem, as well as the signal, the media card reader and the 20 other problems with it. But No, they make you call and nobody wants to help. their after sales care, is utterly disgraceful. The insurance company tried to extort R 1800 from me for a new phone. to add insult to injury, I called to cancel my contract and they advised that I still had 24 months left. thinking this impossible, as I upgraded in sept, they advised that when I upgraded, it was early, so i had to finish the origional contract as well as the new one. THIS, they do not tell you when your getting a spanking new phone, that they know is a piece of rshit. They now want 70% of whats left off the contract. Im now paying over r1000 Pm for the privilage of a phone thats broke and a bad signal, do not use them.
