When upgrading my phone in 2012 I was told that the phone comes with a 2 year warrenty. Within the first year I had to replace the battery at my own cost as the phone was restarting all the time. After the first year, the fully charged battery would after 1 call or with in an hour be empty. I took it in for repairs and they upgraded the software and I was told to buy a new batery. However when placing a batery from another new BB in the phone it did the same thing and when placing it in another phone it shows the battery is full, I have now returned it 3 times with the same problem and it still persists. How can we solve this problem as i have another phone on cantract which is also giving problems and I can not sent it in without this one working?
