About 2 months ago I applied for an ADSL line at Longbeach Mall, Sun Valley. A week later a technician showed up, installed and activated the line. He informed me of a problem with the underground line. To date waiting for a response on progress of the job. I feel unhappy with the communication and the fact that I am waiting for a service that has not met its promise.
