Since November and still no reponse

Good day,

Yet again I am following up on a complaint logged on this website. The matter has been unresolved since November. Everytime I log a complaint I either get an acknowledgement only a standard emailed one or I get a call from an over determined cell c representitive trying to make this disappear. I have received countless calls like these and they all end where I am told don't worry. Mr Solomon I will get back to you.

and still no.felines, I am a customer for about 10 years, perhaps too long?

Please contact me and persist in doing so until this matter is amicably resovled.
