My mailbox is never available!

I am a General Practitioner and extremely reliant on my phone for contact with my patients. I am often not available and it is imperative that i am able to retrieve my messages whenever I need to.
About 4 months ago i started to have problems with my message centre. There were times when i dialed in to my message centre and I would receive the message, 'your mailbox is not available at present, please try again later'. I called the call centre 4 times over this period and each time i have explained the problem and the fact that I am a medical doctor.
Each time I was told that there was a problem, but that it was being fixed. I would normally have to wait 48 hours for the repair to take effect.
I am writing this complaint as my phone is giving me the same error message now. It is 09H26 at night and i have been trying to retrieve my messages since 18H30. I have a string of messages i need to retrieve, but cannot! I have sick patients who need to talk to me and i cannot call them back as i do not know who has called!!!
My contract has expired, so I am giving you one more chance to rectify this once and for all or i am going to one of your competitors.
