My fiancee upgrades her contract (please note - thats right Vodacom, shes spending her money on YOU for another 2 years)
The new contract has free BIS that is due to kick in on 1 Sept
So they go and cancel the BIS for the rest of August and when asked to re-instate it, theres long stories that they "Can't" do it - no look Vodacom, change your words to "Won't" because thats a bit more accurate about your concern towards people that Renew a contract with you
Lesson for you Vodacom - this is the 13th year of the 21st century - we CAN do anything but WILL we??? thats the question
