Not a genuine Nokia Lumia cellphone

I purchased a Nokia Lumia from Madina Cell C - Hypermarket Eastgate 27 July 2013 - got home and discovered it did not have a South African plug on it, had to go back to the store, the guy there gave me a special international adaptor, got home and discovered the phone would not charge and also the boooklet with the phone did not have any real explanation as to how the phone works. Took the phone back, that meant the 3rd trip of the day for me - thank goodness Javiel did give me a full refuned. The point if how come they are selling cellphones that are not SABS approved and what a b l o o d y inconvenience was that. H e l l s bells. Cell C needs to check that individuals flying the CELL C banner are staying true to the brand. In this case there was a complete lack of quality
