THE POWER IS NOT IN YOUR HANDS

I am really really exhausted from dealing with the poor reception that Cell C has to offer. In fact, I had to retype this report onto my PC because my internet connection cut out so many times on my cellphone whilst trying to send it. I chose to upgrade my contracts with Cell C because of the fantastic call rates and the packages that are on offer; hopeful that the time that Cell C has been operating would have been long enough for them to sort out their reception issues. I now regret my decision. Great phones and great call rates don't help if you have to redial 2, 3, 4 even 5 times to speak to the same person after cutting out. I can almost never connect to the internet successfully, due to reception problems, and if I do, it lasts a very short time. I find this to be the most frustrating thing to deal with day in and day out and I refuse to continue paying over R400 a month for a phone that I can barely use! I want to know if there is a solution or how do I proceed in cancellling the contracts???
