My phone can't be repaired

In May 2013 I got suspended at work and I called Nashua Mobile to make payment arrangements for my account then I was referred to a credit controller who was not in the office, I left message for her but she never phoned me. I kept calling and they always told me she is on leave and she is the only one who can help regarding my account. Now my device is damaged and needs to be repaired, I took it to the store in Alberton and Miranda Bhima told me they can't take my phone until the account is up to date. She even called PSD around 12;50pm who also confirmed what she said. I tried explaining that I'm waiting for the money that will be paid around the 25th then I'll pay the account up to date, it usually take 4 weeks for repairs so by the time its repaired I would have paid the account but they refused. I've been a customer for almost 6 years as I signed the first contract on the 29th of July 2007 and this is the first time I experienced such with my account. I requested them to provide me with the terms and conditions that I signed for where it states that if my account is in arrears then my device can't be fixed but I was told it can't be found
