Went in my mother's phone for a repair and for some unknown reason Vodacom decided to remove the screen protector. All it got was a software upgrade so there was no reason for it, get they say we signed for it, they never told us, we were good to with and that all data will be lots, nothing about illogical cover removals.

They agreed to order us a new one and it's been over a month, we have been back times already, Ashraf was meant to call us twice already and to date has not bothered, and as a manager that is beyond irresponsible and terrible example to his staff.

We walk in today Anesca looked in mother in the eye, ask the guy at the counter if we are here about the phone and then proceeded to help someone else, I then waited for her finish and was her attitude appalling, she has no interest in helping customers, let alone any respect for them. When I asked her why Ashraf had not phone she said, and I quote "Whats the point, the item has not arrived yet" to which I replied "The point is common decency, or to not have such a bad attitude as you". Apparently Ashraf is supposed to phone us again, personally I think the end of the world will arrive first.
