Rude Staff

Ashraf phoned to follow up on a complaint about rude staff at Boskruin branch and was equally rude. He wasn't interested in what the problem was, only in justifying himself and kept talking over me every time I opened my mouth. I had to raise my voice to get him to listen to ANYTHING. If he is the person employed to deal with customers' complaints you will never resolve anything because he is arrogant and abrasive and too easily ready to argue. I'm not sure why Ashraf bothered phoning - he just made it worse. Without his input I would have forgotten the previous incident of rudeness but the combined attitude of these two staff members at Boskruin branch have completely put me off the entire Debonairs brand.
