I submitted an insurance claim for a phone on 19/07/2013.To date, that is, 2 weeks later, I have still not received a replacement handset. Vodacom and Cellsure have been extremely unhelpful and unwilling to assist. Similarly, feedback was never provided unless I proactively requested feedback and no commitments made in terms of service delivery and replacing the handset was honoured. I have been constantly liaising with Cellsure consultants and representatives and I am constantly confronted with an unwillingness to assist. When I requested to speak to a senior manager to escalate my concern, I was constantly informed that the Manager is busy and unable to attend to my query. I have left several messages for the Managers to contact me when they have a moment free, however, I have never received a call back in this regard. One can understand the inconvenience caused without having access to a mobile device. I agreed to an insurance policy on the basis that my handset will be fully covered as well as replaced within the agreed upon timelines. Cellsure's staff have never taken accountability for my query resolution. I don't recommend the company as they do not honour commitments.
