This service is a joke

A long time customer of Vodacom and Cellsure I cannot get my phone repaired. I cannot even get decent feedback. The process is so convoluted that I've spend hours in the branch, I've phoned Cellsure 10 times and the repair center 10 times. Spent hours on hold. No resolution, no progress.
Worst experience I've ever had.
