Wrongly blacklisted phone

In June last year I had a problem with my phone, it was send in for repairs. In a short time I was informed that the phone was re-placed and I can come and collect. Short lived was my happiness.
In November my phone was blocked by Mtn.
After me driving up and down I was told that the repair centre never booked out the re-placement phone.
So late December it was confirmed that the phone was blocked by Mtn. The first request to unblock was on the 5th of January. But still nothing, excuses are the way with Mtn. My service provider has tried everything but yet no results. Today I had enough I want a new phone. Why must I be punished for their mistake? Now the repair centre will look into it and I have to wait. Just like with the unblocking???
No sorry Mtn, I have been waiting and paying for your mistake. I don't want to hear about all the things you plan to do to 'help' me, I want a new phone mine would have been fine if basic steps could be followed by your staff.
