I upgraded my contract and got extreme data premium in Dec. I have been charged for my data since then as extreme data was not activated. I have been trying to follow up with my branch since May with no luck. Eventually customer services Mulondi assisted me greatly, confirmed my refund against my next bill in the tune of R2000. From 1 July, I had Horacio activate my extreme data and I have confirmation sms. I contacted the customer centre again after no response to emails sent to Mulondi and Ursula. On 12 July I spoke to Lebogang and mulondi confirmed my refund to him. I have received a debit from Nashua today for over R2200 and am still being charged for data. I left an urgent message for Mulondi with Tshego at 11.20 today and still no feedback. I have all my correspondence but I don't understand why I am still paying for data and not being refunded as promised. The most frustrating thing is that I am not getting any feedback. I am hoping I will get some resolution
