Ongoing billing issue

My monthly contract is R99pm, I've been billed R220 this month and R217 last month. I have asked numerous times for an invoice which noone can provide me. I have no idea what I'm paying for and have called, emailed, logged various complaints, with no proper response. Please cancel this contract, I never ever want anything to do with Cell C
