DATA BUNDLE PACKAGE R119 PER MONTH

I took internet data bundle contract R119 per month 2 gig on 13/06/2013.To my suprise cell c has debited R382 because they advise contract is R270 monthly and then the diffirence is for monht of june. When I phoned them they advise they wil investigate with joburg the sales consultant Mosupi didnt put the package under a discount now this has made my other debit oders which includes my life cover to reject. They promised they wil refund have been logging queries with them phoning them but no one ever responds they phoned once I was in noisy place advised them to call after 15 minutes but it quite now. I want this contract to be terminated and monies due to me to be refunded the reference is 3072800114
