Still no 3G connectivity!!

Another week and still no 3G, is there anybody that I can complain to that will help me with this??
Can I walk away from my contract because as I see it Nashua mobile/MTN is in breach of their contract with me??
This is utterly ridiculous, service delivery in this country is laughable!!!
And they still get away with it!!!
