Since I reported my complaint on Hellopeter, I noticed that I am not the only one complaining about this malpractice. I think that we should aim our complaints at the cell phone service providers since they are the ones allowing these payments to go through our cell phone accounts. The National Credit Regulator has certain requirements regarding the payment of bought property and I am sure there must be a way that the service providers should stop burdening us with debt we did not even ask for. I am not aware of the act but know that there are a restriction of 25% of your toal income being the limit of you total repayments on your debt. The way the service providers handles this can backfire on them if they are to be found guilty by causing you to go outside of that requirement of the NCR. Maybe someone out there has more information about this and I would like to hear some comments
