My vry 1st contract&sadly, I chose2tyk wid Nashua Mobile&da manager, Ismail, who promised it b activatd by noon nxt day, took my pre-paid numbr of -12yrs&movd2top up contract. Explaind2Ismail if Im unreachable, I'd lose my job, Ima rep, stil on probation.
He guaranteed it b connectd nxtday. I left2Limpopo 2find i5&numbr NOT workn-stil! Got mself anothr sim&phne2use til I returnd2PTA.
My manager gav me a warnin, lost business-I ws unreachable&cudnt access neting.
Returnd2store ON 7th day. Ismail agreed2tyk bak i5&cancel EVRYTING-nothn wrkd! Promisd he'd cancel al fees/charges&i acceptd. Gav docs wid evting hand writn&signd by him, guaranteed I wudnt pay a cent&evryting ws canceled.
Had2geta sim swop, then2find Nashua blockd me. They deductd -R718 frm bank acc. Numbr gets blockd AGAIN! Then, Nashua M calls&demands paymnt4sumthin I dnt hv&am nt usin.
Then Ismail gives my temp numbr2sum pakistani who keeps calln@odd hrs, pestering&harassing ME! Like HELLO..is ths hw Nashua Mobile does business???
