I am not pleased with the service that I have received from Autopage Melrose Branch. I have been calling to get an update on the where abouts of my handset and I have been attended to by rude staff members. Who have sent me from pillar to post and hang up on me. My phone has gone in for repairs for over a month now and no one seems to know where the phone is. This service is absolutely unacceptable to say the least and would like to have my phone today as I am not sure why I should be paying monthly instalments for a phone that is no where to be found.
The service is unacceptable and I would like this to be resolved.
