Cancelation of lapsed contract

I have tried many times to cancel a lapsed 24 month cellular contract. The service number in question is 081 409 1105. The initial contract commenced in March 2011 and I served cancellation notices since August 2012 that the contract at expiry date of 31 March 2013 should be cancelled. Obviously did not happen as I still get charged by debit order.
