Refuse to cancel contract

I have tried for two months to cancel my contract which expired on July 20.I have sent e-mails requesting it to be done, I have spoken to 50 agents, I have sent sm's you name it.
i keep getting told it will be done. Telkom promises day after day to solve the problem but still no response.i do not know what to do anymore.
Thembiso again promised me this morning it will be resolved but cannot say when. And of coarse they will debit my account again which they are not suppose two.my 24 month contract has ended please please please cancel my account... ref from Telkom 6244758...
