MONEY AND NO RESPONSE TO MANY QUERIES

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF CELL C FOR MANY YEARS. RECENTLY (THE PAST TWO MONTHS) WITHOUT ANY APPROVAL OR INSTRUCTION FROM ME, CELL C THROUGH THEIR ENTITY FIRST CELLPHONE COVER, ALL OF A SUDDEN STARTED BULLING ME FOR CELLPHONE INSURANCE COVER, WHICH I DO NOT NEED SINCE I HAVE COVER THROUGH MY SHORT-TERM POLICY WITH ABSA AT A MUCH LOWER RATE. I COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS UNSOLICITED CHARGE TO THE BRANCH (3 TIMES SINCE 22/6/2013). IN THE LAST INSTANCE THE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT MY CONTRACT IS NOT WITH THE BRANCH (?) BUT AT HEAD OFFICE AND HE IS UNABLE TO ASSIST (AFTER ABOUT 4 YEARS OF ENGAGEMENT WITH THE MENLYN BRANCH?). HE TOLD ME THAT THE CELLPHONE COVER WAS CHARGED BY A "THIRD PARTY". I QUESTIONED HOW AND WHERE A "THIRD PARTY" GOT HOLD OF MY ACCOUNT NUMBER IN ORDER TO BILL ME AND HE WAS UNABLE TO ANSWER. HE THEN REFERRED ME TO THE CALL CENTRE. THE CALL CENTRE TOLD ME THAT THEIR "C COVER DIVISION" IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CHARGE AND SHE PUT ME THROUGH TO THE DEPARTMENT WHERE I WENT THROUGH THE SAME PROCESS AND ASKED THE SAME QUESTIONS. THE C COVER UNDERTOOK TO RESPOND TO MY QUERY WITHIN 48 HOURS. NOTHING HAS HAPPEND AS YET 5 DAYS AFTER THIS PROMISE?
