Cell C
3 days already and no one has contacted me

I reported cell c on a billing/accounts on the 25 july, got a response on the 29 july saying that a consultant will call me the next day which was monday, I waited and made sure that I carry my phone with me all the time.

I hope cell c will be able to sort out the mess they making on my credit record.
Can somebody from cell c call me please.
